With the Summer School holidays already on us, we thought we would gather a few highlights from the countless events in the area. Most visitor attractions are holding their own events, and local libraries are also running different activities for children, but here are a few extra activities that could be worth a look!

Get children aged 7–14 ready for safe swimming in open water with Swim England’s free water safety sessions. Public sessions run from 29th July – 8th August.
BUDE Swim Safe site co-ordinator, Bill Williams, and his fantastic team of teachers and staff, have announced that Swim Safe will be back in Bude this summer from July 29 thanks to the generosity and kindness of everyone that supported their fund raising events earlier this year at Rosie’s Kitchen and The Preston Gate pub.
