Our spacious grounds are ideal for letting off steam – huge lawns for running and games, mature trees and bushes for hide-and-seek – and best of all, a children’s play area complete with a trampoline, Wendy house, goal post and more. 

The gardens and grounds are great for children to explore; fully enclosed, far from any main roads and located just by the front of the cottages.

We are also within reach of some of Cornwall and Devon’s best family friendly attractions.  Whether it’s the the farmyard fun and indoor play of places like The Milky Way and Trethorne Leisure Farm, the adorable animals of Tamar Otter Park and Looe Monkey Sanctuary, there is something for every little guest to enjoy. 

Better still, visit our spectacular coastline and take part in a surf school, or spend a day rock-pooling and building sandcastles.  You can hire a rowing boat on Bude Canal, or have a horse-riding lesson in Holsworthy, or check out Victorian fairground rides at Dingles Fairground Heritage Centre.
