Easter is a fantastic time to be around North Cornwall. Not only do you get the benefits of the stunning springtime scenery, but you can also make the most of the numerous Easter events due to take place. Find the Easter Chicks, Clovelly

Children receive a village map on entry on which to mark the location and number of Easter chicks perched up and down the tumbling cottages along the High Street to the Quay. Return the map to the Visitor Centre reception if you spot at least 10 chicks to win an Easter egg and a bigger prize if you spot all 15.

£2 per child (normal admission charges apply). Win a Cadbury chocolate Egghead on this annual Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt around the garden. You’ll start at the Easter marquee, follow clues around the garden to unscramble the puzzle, then meet back at the marquee to claim your prize. Additional prices: £2.00 per trail. The puzzle is suitable for ages under 10, but fun for the family to do together. Assistance dogs are welcome. Bring your thinking cap so you’ll be able to unscramble the puzzle.

The BIG Sheep’s Easter Eggstravaganza Festival has now become a firm fixture in the West country’s calendar of events when visitors explore every nook and cranny of the fun family attraction in search of one of 30,000 chocolate eggs which will be hidden throughout the site, take part in eggciting Easter events and enjoy a magical spring day to remember! There will be free face painting and a chance to meet the Easter bunny. Don’t forget to bring your camera as the Easter Bunny loves to have his picture taken with children and adults.
