For the 31st August event we welcome Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen who will be bringing along friends from Sharp’s Brewery, Polgoon Vineyard & Orchard and Tarquin’s Cornish Gin.
They will be offering a ‘totally Cornish’ four course menu including canapes, starter, main course (with a vegetarian alternative) and dessert.  Tickets are £49.50 per person including food, entertainment, steam train travel and the chance to sample a selection of drinks. There will also be a bar available.

Leopallooza brings international chart-topping stars to the rolling green hills of North Cornwall in July 2018. Proudly hosting the US music sensation, Kelis will be joined at The Wyldes site near Bude by a string of established musicians, up-and coming artists and side-splitting comedians.  Roni Size, A.Skillz, The Nextmen, Monki and Marshall Jefferson will join the incredible 2018 Leopallooza line-up alongside Kelis, St. Paul and The Broken Bones, Ratboy and The Go! Team, Tom Grennan and Idles. Dominating the two main dance areas, The Treeline and The Hong Kong Ping Pong Club, the newly confirmed acts will bring thumping bass and electric beats to the rolling green hills of The Wyldes site on Friday 27th July – Sunday 29th July 2018. Bude-Stratton Heritage Festival Weekend

Come to The Castle, Bude for our popular annual Bude-Stratton Heritage Festival, taking place between 11am to 4pm. This free community event celebrates the people, places, inventions and achievements influencing the past, present and future cultural heritage of the Town and wider area. All attractions and activities are centred around The Castle, its grounds, The Bark House Lawn on the Bude Canal Wharf and the Parkhouse Centre. Firmly established favourites will exhibit or perform alongside exciting new additions, with a programme of talks and tours designed to engage event visitors of all ages. An array of cultural heritage and community stalls sited on the Bark House Lawn and in the Parkhouse Centre are there to explore, whilst a large marquee on The Castle lawn will be home to a heritage exhibition and local craft-based businesses.

St Endellion Summer Music Festival

The beautiful church of St Endelienta becomes concert venue for some of the most prestigious soloist and musicians in the UK. The 46th Cornwall Folk Festival takes place 23rd-27th August 2018 in Wadebridge, north Cornwall. This year the line up was already booked and tickets were on sale when an amazing opportunity to add, as additional gig to the 2018 Cornwall Folk Festival, Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member Gretchen Peters.  Named by the Telegraph as one of the best female singer-songwriters of all time, her 2016 album Blackbirds went in straight at Number One in the UK Country Charts.  Also featuring Eddie Reader, Boo Hewerdine, Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman, and many more.

2018 will be the 31st Year of Jazz in Bude! Focusing on Traditional and New Orleans Jazz whilst holding on to the most popular of other styles from years gone past… so book your tickets now.
