What a month we’ve had! On the 1st May, we were selected by Theo Paphitis as a winner of Small Business Sunday – the week afterwards, we were chosen by BrightPig as their Business of the Week – and today we learned that one of our cottages has received a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. Treneglos cottage, which gained the accolade, has unanimous excellent reviews, and as with all the cottages we make sure we respond to enquiries in a timely and courteous manner. It’s even more rewarding to us, as TripAdvisor is only a small fraction of our overall bookings, and yet clearly we’ve done enough to receive this recognition. We hope it is the first certificate of many!
